fat loss

Not sure where to post this, but I lost most of my fat from going paleo, so I chose the Nutrition section.

My question is, have any of you ladies lost your boobs? I mean, they're all fat anyways, right? My chest wasn't all that large to begin with, and it never really bothered me (much), but now that I've lost so much fat and gained muscle, I feel they've disappeared!
My husband is sweet and tells me I look beautiful. I think I look strong and fit, but have lost some femininity.

...Of course my *** is still loaded with fat. WTF!? Stupid genetics...

Re: fat loss

Hahaha. I am sure you are beautiful and strong! I have to say that I personally think it's impossible to lose your femininity unless you choose to use steroids. Those "women" are lookin' pretty darn rough!
I definitely lost a bit in that area when I lost extra body fat, but I prefer small boobs!!! I stay around a B to C generally. My butt is huge though...I always did have a bigger behind, but it definitely grew outward more after years of back squats. Haha, you know it's bad when you've had the nickname "ghetto booty." I figure that through our natural and functional training, our bodies are going to transform in a way that is our naturally intended, genetic state Embrace it!

Though I feel ya, it would be nice to remove some from the butt and give some to the boobs. Maybe balance some out a bit...haha. But, all in all, we are always looking to improve and could just be very hard on ourselves.

Re: fat loss

I can no longer support the paleo diet under these circumstances.

I bet you are beautiful, as are most (at least 95% that I've seen) CF ladies.

My wife is beautiful, just not into CF. (I'm working on that.)

Re: fat loss

My husband (a) claims that smaller breasts are more sensitive and (b) likes powerful legs and glutes a lot. Works for me!

Re: fat loss

I prefer stronger and more shapely butt and thigh over large breasts. High quality (firm and perky) breasts are much better than large ones. Who wants breast that feel like memory foam?

"My husband (a) claims that smaller breasts are more sensitive"

Shouldn't that be your claim Katherine?

"Thighs and butt ...that's where Jamie's at"

THere, I fixed it.

This seems fitting, in a post on Pmenu, I mention priorities.

Women, training and food. THe importance changes with how long I've been without each.

Re: fat loss

To answer your question, yes, breasts are primarily fat although the ratio of fat to gland varies individually. If a woman loses body fat she will lose breast size. That is a fact.

You can be in fantastic shape with varying levels of bodt fat and that is controlled by caloric intake. So, choose where you are comfortable and shoot for that.

On a related note, the vast majority of CF women I have seen have great butts and overall sexy bodies. I think the program is an excellent one for women.
