I take Centrum and didn't know they suck. Will try a different one for sure.

That is one of the better MV out there. I personally prefer the liquid vitamin for 2 main reasons; better absorption, and especially for people that take alot of pills already, a liquid is a welcome change.

Usually, if you take b vitamin complex that is from natural source it wont do that.
