Met-RX and Kettlebells

Just got the new Met-RX catalog and "magazine" at my globo gym for advertising and they have HUGE body builder guys doing bicep curls with kettlebells LOL..

Just shows you people are tying to jump on the bandwagon and still just dont get it..

For what it's worth, every (non-CrossFit) guy I've ever taught to clean a kettlebell has started off by curling it. It's something in mens' genetics, I think. You are born with a primal urge to curl stuff.

Hahaha....so true, and I'm guilty as hell. Of course, now it's turned into powercleaning everything.
