elbow pain

What's up?

Well it isn't the first time this happens but today after I was squatting(specifically after the 1st set) the right elbow was very painful and was VERY effective on my bench press(4/4/1).

I think it happend when I shoved my elbows back, one elbow(I guess the right one) was less shoved than the other and took a share of the weight.
Note - The grip felt wierd every set, and the weight was OK - speed, depth and technique were great.

So how do I prevent this from happening in the future?
Thanks

Re: elbow pain

Where [on the elbow].
Pictures with highlighted area are best.
Exercises it hurts in.

I don't understand how people are supposed to "help" without providing as much info as you can.

Re: elbow pain

It doesn't hurt today...

The pain feels from inside.
It happend only twice and only in the squat.
