Expected fat loss / weight loss

Hi guys

I am a recent convert to crossfit - but I also do powerlifting 3/4 times per week (if the cross fit WOD is olympic lift centric, I substitute as I dont really need more of this).

I am currently 100kg (220lbs)
I estimate that I am 20ish % body fat
I am reasonably fit - I can cover 3 miles in under 24 minutes - nothing special but ok.

I have a 9 week plan that consists of 5 on 2 off and this was copied from AOFP/CrossFit Austere Program.)

What sort of results could I expect in 9 weeks? Any experiences?

Also... I aim to clean my diet up to eat lots of clean protein and reduce starch carbs for at least 6 days per week.

Any experiences / advice gratefully received.

Thank you.

P.S. does anyone know of any competitions / challenges to lose / weight / fat etc that exist online? For motivation purposes

Richard, I will say what a lot of people are going to say--in terms of fat loss it is all going to depend on how strict your diet is.

I wouldn't get rid of oly lifts because you powerlift. Oly lifts have benefits that you wont' get with powerlifts.
