Re: Kimbo Slice
Tank Abbott really didn't look very fresh, whereas Kimbo just seems to be in such a great shape and determined. He just kept throwing BOMBS.
Kimbo is ready to face the real big boys, why isn't he in the UFC ? |

Re: Kimbo Slice
Tank is a one trick fighter. He's always looking for that right hand. Kimbo is a great fighter. I didn't see this fight but i've seen others that that's my impression.

Re: Kimbo Slice
Nice...I'll bet Tank's gonna feel that tomorrow. Kimbo is just an animal and you really can't say anything different. He absolutely nailed Tank but I would call that a street fight more than anything else just because of the types of fighters they are. I'm curious to see how Kimbo does against someone who has some martial arts expertise.
Speaking of which, you guys seen these yet? I hope this link works. http://break.com/index/what-would-ki...episode-2.html |

His hands are obviously good. He is working with Bas Ruton now, so I am sure his game is improving dramatically. But no matter what, with his short time in this sport, his ground game is not even close to UFC caliber. Granted, the heavyweights are not much to watch on the ground (except for a few), but either way. . . I would like to see him fight a legit opponent, and see how he does. |

Re: Kimbo Slice
there's no doubting his power and it's as though his stand up is good although not well rounded yet. Kimbo actually showd pretty good take down defense too. He's a good athlete who could cause some problems in Heavyweight anywhere he goes. But Tank wasn't much of a match up. He'll get another cream puff or two i bet, then a legit contender.

Re: Kimbo Slice
Kimbo is good, but he's new to the sport. Give him some time to be built up.

Re: Kimbo Slice
Kimbo and Brock.
Both I think will do very well once they have some time under their belt. I think could do VERY well in the heavy weight divisions out there. |

Re: Kimbo Slice
I just heard of Kimbo for the first time last week on Jay Leno (It may have been Conan). I didn't know anything about him buT I really liked what he had to say. What's his background?
