Decided to throw this out there. Seems a lot of people are going to the Feb. Crossfit seminar. Now I have been to a lot of seminars and usually end up saying: "I wish I brought..." So what should we bring to a CF seminar. I'm guessing an extra shirt, sox, water jug, towel, some sort of food product, notebook (although if Eugene is there, why bother)...what else?

Larry - I will be your note taking material, you won't need that. We might do Helen so have some running shoes. If you have lifting shoes they will serve you well for FGB and any Oly lifting we do. Yes it is California but it was chilly last year, even wet, so pack accordingly. Water bottle, snacks, hand wraps and bag gloves in case we get some John Hackleman input and of course plenty of shirts to change into after you sweat each into public non-wearability. Still and video camera, there will be moments you will want to preserve. Cash to buy shirts and other CF stuff as well as lunch and dinner.
Jeremy's Advil idea is worth considering. |

Eugene, Or anyone who knows
How chilli is chilli? Bearing in mind im coming from a Tropical summer where is currently 32C-90 degrees fahrenheit by 10am and usually sits around 96F, And if night time temp drops to 25C-77F it's considered chilli. Fiona |

I'd advise Arneca instead of Advil for muscle pain and general DOMS.
Then again, I've never been to a seminar (yet. I'm in college and need money first!), so I can only imagine. |
