Hello everyone, can anyone help me out, I continue to have alot of pain inside my elbows right close to the bone from pullups and it is getting worse and very frustrating. I cannot figure out which grip is causing me pain palms in or out, any ideas would really be appreciated.

Sounds like your common flexor tendon has a touch of tendonitis aka "golfer's elbow". All the gripping muscles of your forearm originate at this point, so potentially all grips will irritate. Rest, ice and NSAIDS might do the trick. Physio would be of some help. Maybe ask your PCP for a referral.
