I am looking for something to on fridays on a crossfit typw workout for shoulder/back.

Look through the archives. If you want to you can just come up with some yourself. Combine things like deadlifts, c&p, c&j, snatch, hspu, pullups, shoulder presses and the like. Perhaps two or three of them in a 21-15-9 fashion?
