I did the 1k rowing with 140/145 for the two 500 splits. For the DL's I did 330lbs ( a smidge more than 2 x BW) I managed to duplicate the first effoert in the second round...but the last set of DL's felt like they were nailed to the floor. I was a bit catatonic for about an hour and then had to go to a job interview at the University of Washington...keep your collective fingers crossed for me!
