How do you implement the WOD if you're sport is weightlifting? Do you simply lighten the load on the weighlifting days of the WOD? I'm trying to get my squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press up to respectable levels. Current levels are squat 230x5, deadlift 235x5, overhead press 125x5, bench 180x5.
My knees have been getting very cranky and stiff from doing the WOD 3 days a week and two days of weightlifting. I'm 34, 6'1, 190 bodyweight and my knees have always been fine. Day 1 of weightlifting is squat day, Day 2 is deadlift day. Thanks |
