I find all of your resources very helpful. A categorized and correctly documented Zone/Paleo cookbook is something I would definitely buy and gift... I know there are already ones out there, but it's nice to know where they come from, too. Kudos for the hard work and neat spreadsheet |

I know this thread is pretty old now but I still find it very useful.
Can someone tell my why If you use ground meats you are allowed more weight per block? Surley 100g of beef is 100g of beef no matter if it is in a steak or it has been ground. Thanks for your help. |

Don't ground meats tend to be fattier? So you would need more ground meat to get the same total grams of protein as a lean cut of beef.

George, I am having trouble finding how many blocks I should be on. I was on the Anabolic/HCE plan and got very lean, below 8% BF while still keeping myself over 200lbs(6'3", 203 38) but my performance wasn't what I wanted. I went to a Paleo/Zone and hit a Fran PR, breaking 10min as Rx for the first time. I Crossfit the HQ WOD and sometimes switch out and do the crazy WODs my local group does, Crossfit Hardcore. I believe I should be 5-2-5-2-5. Any thoughts?
