I managed 137 throws, completing the recommended reps for each round except the first when I only got 17.
I used a 20lb. medicine ball at a bodyweight of 159. Great workout. |

Anyone attempt this one?
I had fairly significant DOMS about two days after this workout, which is uncommon for me these days, so this particular WOD must force you to achieve a significant amount of work in a short time. The intensity is high and fatigue increases pretty radically throughout -- great for mental toughness. |
