Re: $130 Glute Ham Developer?

Oh, I see, wiseguy eh

I guess then why don't they rx glute ham raises in wods? I had the choice between getting a reverse hyper/roman chair off craigslist for $60 or spending 5-10 times that on a GHD. It's worked well so far

Is that why your times are so slow?

For the purposes of staying on topic. My cheap roman chair/reverse hyper works just fine for back extentions/ghd situps. It doesn't have two pads at the foot so I lash a bar in my rack to serve as the bottom pad. So if you want a cheap alternative for WODS, you can just do that.

No my times are slow cause I'm fat

I agree with you though. For the purpose of most things CF, you don't really NEED a GHD if you're just going to do GHD situps and back/hip extensions (though GHD situps are a LOT more comfortable on a GHD in my opinion). Roman chairs are definitely a very viable and cheap alternative

Re: $130 Glute Ham Developer?

I had a guy make one for me. It turned out great. I love the thing. I paid $450 for it.

PM me if you want his email address. He is out of Ohio. I am pretty sure he will ship. I was lucky and was there on business and picked it up.

Jim, that looks like a quality piece of equipment. Good score.
