I currently eat 20 blocks, split into 5 meals of: 5 blocks, 5 blocks, 5 blocks, 3 blocks and 2 blocks...

would it be okay to have 4 meals at 5 blocks instead?

My schedule is about to get really hectic, so it's for convenience sake

Frank,

Shift the three block meal between the last two five block meals and have the two block meal as a late after dinner dinner snack. sample 5,5,3,5,2.

Pack the (pre-dinner) three block snack in some sort of lunch cooler and place in desk drawer, car or whatever. I usually save the last snack for the commute home. This way I don't go on a hunger rampage when I get home. Make it convenient and functional for you.

Stephen: I'm sorry I didn't mean for the order in which I listed it to be equal to how I actually do it. As a matter of fact, the correct order is indeed:

Meal 1 (5 blocks)
Meal 2 (5 Blocks)
Train
Meal 3 (3 blocks)
Meal 4 (5 blocks)
Meal 5 (2 blocks)

My question remains, can I have 4 meals all at 5 blocks instead of the 5 meals above?

Greg: Where Do i get more info on this, I have been considering it!

I see no issues with doing 4 meals of 5 blocks. I was doing 4 meals of just under 6 blocks over a just 10 hour feeding window.

Intermittent fasting... there are tons of stuff on implementing this. Try the search function and the performance menu looked at it in a few issues.
