Sam - our lunch class is very busy too & we do have showers but generally only 1 or 2 people take showers out of 10-15 in the class so I wouldn't say that showers are the ultimate decision maker.

thanks, leonid. i think that i'll offer some lunchtime classes when i move into a new space in a few months.

actually, it'll be amongst a whole bunch of cafes and restaurants -- maybe i can convince some of them to do a deal where people who come to a mid-day class get a discount coupon for a lunch deal. anyone have any experience trying something like that?

Open gym for people on alternative programming like SB,SS,CFFB,etc.....

I know we've thought about doing "congestion pricing", but have never actually done it. You could incentivize people (price) to certain lower volume time slots, but restrict their options.Example:

Membership is 50% off, but you can't come to any classes after 1600.
