Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Well I also thinking besides of the health benefit/detriment factors, it would be something good to do for Steve's Club. I wonder if there is anyone else that has already done it?

I hear ya on that on. Our diet should be constantly varied as our WODs are also.

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Very easy to argue the need to constantly vary our diets.

Re: Paleo Kit Me!

Hey Jonathan-

Glad to hear that you like Paleokits! I'd say learning how to cook food as others have said is by far the best way to go to acheive optimal health and fitness. I would recommend Paleokits on the go as a convenient alternative to a nutritious cooked meal of meat and veggies. Conenience always comes with a tradeoff so if you have the option to cook your own meal from local sources, then I'd say do your best to take advantage of it.
When your options and time is limited and your only choices involve junk food, protein bars or other processed crap food....go for the Paleokit. Otherwise, cook yourself a nice meal of meat and veggies.
