Richard, i've been out of the gym since forever due having to move thousands of miles away from home for work. I've been relocated and this place here does not have any decent gyms around.
but i have recently bought a 135kg barbell set, and a couple of KBs (1 pood & 1.5pood) to start working out again. I'm gonna make my own parellettes and wall balls. and i'm thinking of ordering some rings. i have alot of things to ask you but i dont wanna ruin your workout log with my stuffs. maybe i'll msg you or you can drop over my old Training Log and we can talk there. |

Lower back muscles are really sore from the other day's high rep deadlift, but was still ok to squat. First session back to regular back squats. Back squat - 110kg x 3, 125kg x 3, 130kg x 3, 100kg x 20, 105kg x 10 Finished with a couple sets of pistols, it's been awhile since I touched those and they felt smooth. The box squats I did the past couple of weeks really kept my right knee safe as I feel I'm more prone to irritate it without the box. I didn't want to chase PRs right away so I stopped at a solid set and went for some volume. The high rep sets really helped me get my bounce back. |

Another La Perla runway show last night, it was way too late and got home at 4am. Been busy all day moving stuff to a new house, got to the gym right before closing time and crammed in what I could. Warmed up with some hang snatches then : Hang clean - 72.5kg x 12, tough on the grip 2 rounds of JT (21-15) in 13'13", HSPU were weaker than usual ! No energy, too tired from yesterday, next triplette will be all out ! Here's some pics from backstage, the nice woman next to me is Miss Belgium 2008, isn't she cute ? ![]() |
