Today is "I suck at this" day.

Monday 090309

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 L Pull-ups
15 Steps, Walking Lunge

as a metcon, not likely. Coach picked every single move I suck at, so I threw metcon out the window, and worked on skill.

Handstand pushups (with a spotter) 5x7
L-Pullups (suck at these): did 7x3 (a lot stricter form than before, so improved at least
I did deadlifts instead of walking lunges

5x135, 3x225, 2x315, 1x405f (grip on my left hand failed halfway up so I had to let go) mother ****ER! would have been a PR....

"CrossFit Total"

Back squat, 1 rep (300lbs PR)
Shoulder Press, 1 rep (165lbs PR)
Deadlift, 1 rep (405lbs, mother ****in' PR!!! )


still in the "intermediate" category....s'ok, I can live with that for now since I broke all my records.

don't feel so good...feels like my body is fighting something off...will take another break.

on another note, I totally cheated today...burger king, lasagna, doritos and cadbury eggs.....brutal.

monday 16mar2009,

tooooootally paying for my dietary indiscretions on the weekend.....all out food hangover. normally I workout on mondays, .com or not (just pluck a wod from another affiliate or make up a CFSB of my own), but woke up puffy, bloated and nose running. sneezing every 5 minutes, and energy highs and lows.

I think my body is trying to tell me that it did in fact, notice
I don't think I'm sick, rather, I'm detoxing,but I still have that slight overall muscle pain that I had shortly after the CFT. I decided to fast today (mostly because I wasn't hungry this morning) until noon (making it about a 15hr fast) and opened up with a HEYUGE mixed greens salad, 6.5oz grilled chicken, avocado, EVOO, the works....ok body, I got the message, I'm giving you high octane fuel again, just stop with the bloated, sneezing bull****. Here, an extra virtual CHO block, just for you, and low glycemic

ok so officially sick, but energy levels feel ok...just cursed with runny/congested nose/sinus...eating lots of protein good veggies, a little more fruit, fat is about the same. Maybe I'll do a wod tomorrow at half reps/half intensity
