I watched the video of Kara Webb doing 16.2 in 15:07. She did the first 2 rounds in a little over 4 minutes. Such a fast pace on the first 2 rounds of cleans. Amazing! That score is going to be hard to beat.

Anyone else notice Froning isn't on the Mayhem team this year?

Did he make any announcements about going individual or is he taking this year off?

I would love for him to go individual again. I honestly would have loved to see him individual last year too but I'm one of those guys who likes to see the champ go until they are finally beaten.

I think he still is, he might not have entered his score yet. He is on their score for week one.

Smith, Froning, Fraser go 1, 2, 3 for 16.2. They'll be going head-to-head in the 16.5 announcement.

Just noticed for 16.3 announcement, it'll be last year's teen boys 16-17 champ (Nicholas Paladino) vs. the masters 40-44 champ (Shawn Ramirez). Should be interesting.

My gym is having some fun with this. The first two weeks they've done head-to-head throwdowns Thursday night directly after the elites do it on the announcement; this week we're having our top Teen (currently #4 in his division, although rankings may change) go against our coach/owner who is a strong Masters athlete. I'm expecting a fun matchup.

How about C2 rower for cal, deadlift 102kgs/225lbs - 21, 15, 9

Movements left-

Thrusters
Wall balls
OHS
Muscle ups
S2O
Dead lift
Hand Release Push ups
Box jumps
Snatches
C & J
Row
HSPU

Plus any other new movement.
Guessing that HR push ups are no longer a open style event. Leaves 11. OHS well they did do the oh walking lunge.. same type of movement Leaves 10.

They love that row and thrusters workout but that has been done prior.

Have not done a Chipper yet.. so maybe that is coming up.

I would like to see a simple push pull workout like HSPU and Row or if you want to test some shoulder strength do hspu and wall balls.

10 min of 15 each? Couplet time folks.. Or Chipper time. Heck I don't know, I have never gotten close to getting an open workout right.

So basically 10 movements in 3 workouts.
