Anyone ever heard of the supplement TeaRexx?

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the supplement TeaRexx? I was thinking of using this supplement as a way to get off caffeine. It says it will give me energy. I won't be taking it until Sunday because I have a race on Saturday and do not want to try anything new before it.

I have never taken a supplement before either. Will I become dependent on it like I have been on caffeine?

Thanks,

Jared

Considering there's caffeine in it I'd say probably so.

If you want to get off of caffeine just lower your intake gradually. I find that going to green tea instead of coffee makes the transition easier, then just start drinking teas with less and less caffeine. Of course I like coffee too much to ever give up caffeine again but when I did it before that was the approach I took and it worked pretty well.

You can also get some caffeine pills and just lower your dosage like that. Just take it gradually and the withdrawal symptoms will lessen.

I think every one of those 'pre-working jack you up' supplements are just a crapton of caffeine and garbage to skyrocket your heart rate. I really wouldn't suggest using these things. Heavy metal and coffee can wind you up plenty.
