Let the addiction begin..

Hey everyone, I have decided that I am going to commit myself to the CF addiction....

My husband has been doing CF for sometime now and I have recently started doing it as well. He is definitely the inspiration to me starting it. The transformation in his body was amazing as well as the images and PR's from everyone that I have seen on here.

I have done many types of work outs and started KB's as well and automatically fell in love with it....

I am ready to get into it 100% and push myself..I can not wait to start doing the scaled down WOD's (till I get do the full WOD) and waking up the next morning just barely being able to walk ha.

I welcome and look forward the competition I will have with myself...

The barely able to walk thing should go away within a month or so, or else you might be over training.

For me it isn't so much of an addiction to the WODs themselves, but looking forward to seeing how much my time has dropped from the last time I did it. I'm always a little nervous before. If that goes away, I'm not working hard enough.

Hey Emily, hah yeah that is the part that I am least wanting to experience lol.

You have point, always trying to beat your last time is probably the most addicting....

Thanks again!!!
