Currently I have being training CF Metacon for roughly 3 months and love the results in how I feel compared to how I have exercised for 4 years - lifting heavy. Lately I have been wanting to do some early morning workouts but I am not sure where to start with this so that I do not overtrain or burnout. As it is now, I work metacon on Tues, Wed, Fri & Sun afternoons working with high rep weights, sprints & bodyweight exercise. I am looking for a bodyweight & plyo setup for a Mon, Wed, Fri morning routine. Does anyone have ideas/links/resources that would help with this and prevent me from tearing my body to shreads?
