used C2=Unicorn

I think id have better luck finding the following things than a used C2 rower in my neck of the woods:

A unicorn
the fountain of youth
the jackalope
the meaning of life
Sasquatch
$0.69/gallon gasoline (lowest i ever remember personally)
A wrecked spanish gallion full of dabloons (probably spelled incorrectly)
A healthy Bic Mac

I'm so sick of looking at ebay and craigslist that I could vomit and i dont mean the good kind of vomit.

The problem is that i need two of them. I refuse to pay retail for them when i see people finding deals all the time.

My exwife is from Indiana, her sister lives in Evansville. I don't want to belittle IN, but not the most exercise-conscious state in the union. That's probably your problem. You will have to expand your search, Indianapolis?

I was in the same boat and waited for a while and all the ones I ever saw were model b's and such. I finally just bought a Model D...

James, that's funny. You and I are probably hitting the same searches in Craigslist Austin. I wanted to email a $200 offer to that post...

Also, someone listed a model C with a broken monitor for $50 a couple of weeks ago... I was the SECOND person in queue for it...

Talk to a rowing club. It's not uncommon for clubs to upgrade their ergs periodically, selling off Bs or Cs as a way of raising money towards Ds.

They'll be well used, but well cared for, if my experience is anything to go by.

Did you see that model C that sold in Chicago for $350 the other day? The sick thing is whoever bought it relisted it the same day for $600. That kind of crap disgusts me.

Then there is a guy by me listing a model C for $750. Wow, what a bargain.

Re: used C2=Unicorn

yeah, i expand. I usually hit all the listings in indiana and definitely chicago, nashville, st louis, louisville, etc.

Craigslist is kind of annoying in that i cant do a national search for something. I despise that i have to reset and go to each community separately. Very VERY annoying.

but i keep looking.
