Arrow power clean and squat clean check

I saw everybody else posting videos for cleans so I thought I would as well since I recently taped myself for the first time to see what I was doing wrong. I did this right after a CF workout so my left arm was giving out but still a cool video. I just got to 135lb power clean so I'm happy bout that. Check it out: (WFS)

My Log ; M/25/6'/ 175 lbs ; They call me "Franiel" because I accidentally did "Fran" 3 times in a row!

Re: power clean and squat clean check

First, get your butt down, your butt is way to high from the start and you end up pulling the whole thing with your back. Get your butt down.

I like the stance the guy told you about in the video, maybe bring your feet in slightly from that.

As you went to a higher weight you started to arm pull more, stop it.

You also hop forward. This is probably cause you are not keeping yourself close to the bar. Get you knees back under the bar as it passes them and shrug at the top of the pull.

Work on the rack position also. Elbows up. Let the bar rest on your shoulders.
