Hi Everyone! Yesterday was my first day.....I've done some reading already...need to do alot more! I did the "puppies" version and finished the workout in 5min. Didn't rest much in between sets but found I weakened pretty quickly.Whe you're going for time, is it better to go more slowly and try staying with the heaviest weight where you can maintain form....taking rest breaks when needed or is it better to not rest? When pushups are involved, is it better to do as many full pushups as you can then rest and resume full pushup or should you drop into the "girl" style and not rest?

Thanks so much!

All are valid approaches until you can do the WODs as RXed, just make sure to rotate all methods. If you're finishing J.T. "puppies" in 5 minutes I would say go ahead and move up to pack versions.
