Although there are "cheesy" ones, the 3 quality ones I know of are:
I've used the second two, not the first. Smartvest has a slim profile. You could wear it under a sweatshirt and not look like you are on a SWAT mission.(If that matters to you.) I don't think the max weights go as high.
Weightvest, well constructed. Great for adding weight for BW exercise.
The x-vest folks I've read rave about it.
