Re: Crossfit Tattoos

Something I thought of the other day that I think would be cool: An autobiographical tatoo, where every year (maybe on the same day. Maybe like a birthday tradition) you added another block/link on. Maybe it would be a spiral tattoo running around your leg or arm. The thing you add would represent something that really mattered to you that year; something that really had an impact.

I think this would be fun because you wouldn't be so hesitant to put something on there that you think you'll lose interest in. The blocks wouldn't be a statement about who you are right now, but who you were then. If you put something on there and later lost interest in it that would be OK.

That would be really cool.
I have no tats, I dont think they would look right me (I dont have the cool to pull it off and would end up looking like a straight out the trailer-type) But in my head, I am edgy with a rockabilly/pinup vibe and lots of tattoos

Trees do that on the inside.

Re: Crossfit Tattoos

I've been looking for quite some time now for something to put on my ribcage. I've considered various quotes written with or without a scroll... Not really sure what to get though.

Re: Crossfit Tattoos

It isn't directly Crossfit related, but I plan to get Invictus in its entirety down my left side/ribs.

"Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul"

Before you make fun of Canada you have to find it on a map. Apparently 40% of your high school graduates can not achieve this feat.
