Looking for a Log?

Im about 3 weeks into Crossfit and I am looking for a good website or program someone uses to log their workouts. So what does everyone use or do they just use the old pen and paper method?

Re: Looking for a Log?

I pen and paper it, then transcibe it to my log on the 'workout log' section of the forum.

Re: Looking for a Log?

You can make one here in training section.

Or on logsitall.com

Or on some other sites.

Or you can do pen and paper.

I have mine on a forum. Shrug.

Re: Looking for a Log?

I have a paper journal that I leave in the gym which I reference a lot. I also post my workouts to the comments on the main page (makes for an easy search when the workout comes up next time), and record it on our journal here on the forums, and on our website.
