I subscribe to CF journal now. MH has helped me considerably throughout the years to lose weight and become an overall more healthy person. It is actually what turned me on to crossfit as a matter of fact and I think the info they give as far as nutrition, food and recipes is great. I dont get much use out of the fitness portion of the magazine as I pretty much follow CF in that area. To say that it is complete crap, though, I think is a bit of an extreme point of view. I will not argue, however, that it does not contain any SB that the latest CF issue talks about.
