Split Jerk Neck pain
I did the split jerk wod this morning and after my 6th rep and re-racking the bar a shooting pain went from the center of the back of my neck and through to my shoulders. I can turn my head left and right and bend it down forward but the pain shoots down and out to my shoulders if i tilt my head back. There isn't any pain to my arms or lower back. Any feedback would be great.

Re: Split Jerk Neck pain
See a MD. Might be a cervical disc problem.

Re: Split Jerk Neck pain
Probably subluxed something there.
I'd see a chiro or PT to hopefully pop you back into place. |
