Uncle Pukie

Is there an official ruling on a Uncle Pukie duration counting for your WOD time? Just trying to figure out my time from Murph. Thanks for the info.

Re: Uncle Pukie

Anything you do between when the clock is started to when it's stopped counts in your time. This includes puking, reracking weights if you scale incorrectly, resting, etc.

I checked out your log - looks great man keep it up!! Welcome.

Also, I suggest sets across for heavy lifts like the deadlift. This will provide a greater stimulus which will provide for greater adaptation and faster progress. Working up to a PR is great, but not really necessary for a beginner.
