Carb Restriction Diet Study findings (now with added science!)
Not sure if anyone has posted this study yet but it has just been mentioned in some of the main news media sites here in Oz (WFS)

And you are beginning to see that calories in < calories out isn't that simple. In fact many people can and do lose weight and fat on more calories because of their quality.
