With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

I haven't tried this one before. So from what I udnerstand you have 60 seconds to do each set of pull-ups? Min. 1 you do one...wait till the timer hits min.2 and do 2, wait till the timer hits 3 and do 3..etc etc.

Is that correct?
