Crossfit Real World
I'm calling my log "Crossfit Real World" because in my world things run a little differently than ideal for Crossfit. In my life, the "fit" in Crossfit means fit it in when you can. Often times I just can't find the time to get in a WOD. I know, I know--I CAN find the time if it were a priority, I choose not to sometimes. When I do find time to workout, my warmup can range from carrying kids and things up and down stairs to mowing the lawn. My hope is that this log will be an accountability tool for me.
At the time of this post I am 41 years young. I am married almost 15 years and have 6 children counting the one expected in January. I've always been into excersize but never found any one thing to stick to. I started lifting weights in grade school and have stuck with that. I also enjoy running. I usually run 3-5 miles at a time for the physical and mental benefits it brings me. I will post here what I do each day in hopes that it will motivate me to do more. |
