My son is writing a senior exiting paper researching which training method will develop power and speed more efficiently; a standard periodization program such as BFS or the crossfit program. I myself am a certified crossfit instructor and believe there is no comparison, but are there research papers’ out there proving crossfit is far superior.

I wrote one last quarter contrasting HIIT and low/moderate protocols. Used 6 scholarly references, including a study by the Master - Izumi Tabata. I can share my paper, if you are interested...

Walter,

I'd be interested in reading your paper,if you'ld be kind enough to share it with me.

If fact, I'd like to read all the research dealing with Crossfit. Anyone out there who wants to send me references, papers, etc, please do!
