Any interested in a copy of the paper, just e-mail me, and I'll attach it to a reply. NOTE: part of the 'school rules' of writing it was to not overuse the references, (I did anyway) but, to some of you, it might seem a little weak on the 'meat'. Do not dispair, as the references are hyperlinks to the source documents. Also, in doing my research, I found LOADS of others, which I saved, and can make available as well...
