Katie, what sort of changes in physique are you looking for? Are you trying to gain/lose weight? I personally think that as far as losing weight(or at least inches)XFit can't be beat,if this is the case push yourself at your own level of comfort, if your trying to get bigger or gain weight, there may be problems
