the boat
i started cross fit when i got back from my last deployment i plane on going back to dive school after this next one.
i will be on the uss carl vinsent for 6 months comming up and im going to try and take my bump plates and stuff with me. i was woundering if any one has done wods on cruz befor i will have to sub a lot of things, cleans overhead squats cuz the boat is always moving? i am just looking for some ideas the boat gyms have dumb bells and some stupid muchines and there is one pull up bar in the hanger bay? |

Safety is a big thing if you want to workout on a boat... I'd just do my own stuff with dumbbells for a while. But, that's not everyone's cup of tea.
