you could split them between warm up & cool down.

Re: October: Daily Burpup Challenge

Lsst Night =
5 sets of 7 reps,
felt the pullups on this one.
Rested about 2-minutes between rounds.

Typically toward the end rounds of the challenges,
I cut out most of the other work and let the higher
rep days be the WOD, especially now with the
hours worked; it's all I have the time and/ or
inclination to do.

I like how if I manage to stay with the challenge to
the end (and of course tone down the intensity
wisely) I get a little proficiency with the movement
that is an improvement compared to the first
couple of days.

Re: October: Daily Burpup Challenge

today +36 burpups - 342 total

did them mostly in sets of 3's & 4's. i did 14 after strength training as a warmup to a tabata run & the remaining i did after as a cool down.

i agree james that the movement is getting way more fluid compared to the first couple days of the challenge.

6 sets of 6 reps = 36

Here's to the Law of Fluidity.

3+6+10+10+6+3=38

Ted,
I admire you're dedication,
but I don't think the 'Fluidity'
thing meant in the rain.
