In the WOD are those supposed to be regular pull ups or kipping? If regular are they supposed to be palms in or palms out?

Chris,
Most here at CF do kipping pullups whenever pullups are prescribed. Some choose to do strict pullups, typically because their physical tests require them to be proficient at those.

Most mix up palms in and palms out, some even do palms facing each other. I say do both.

Yeah. Just get your chin over the bar. I do palms in, palms out, mixed (one in one out, try to do even numbers of these and keep switching it up as they do work your back sort of unevenly) in the course of a given workout. My understanding is that nobody cares as long as you're getting up there.

Do any of you guys know where i can find a link to a pull up workout. I read a post a while back that said something about a workout on here designed to increase your pull ups.
