Re: megadeth or metallica

I don't need music to motivate me. I never workout with music on but if I had to choose it would be Metallica.

Megadeth. Hearing Mustaine whinge about how Lars earns all the money that he should have earned instead always pushes me to go the extra mile.

Definitely Metallica. I like alot of their songs, but especially unforgiven, fade to black, master of puppets, ride the lightening, one, and enter the sandman.

Re: megadeth or metallica

Both. Mechanix by Megadeth is a great workout song. As is Disposable Heroes by Metallica.

But usually when I'm going for a new 1RM I have to blast something much, much heavier: Deicide, Nile, Sodom, Kreator, Kataklysm, Vader, Morbid Angel for example.

I listen to Hatebreed when I train.

But, in a choice between Metallica and Megadeth, it's Metallica every time!
