The many Faces of Fran

So far, I've seen:

Fran
Heavy Fran @ 135 lbs for the Thrusters, 45 lbs for the weighted pull-ups
Invisible Fran (this was on Eva T's list consisting of squats and push-ups)
Franny (scaled down Fran of 15-12-9 reps found on CF Team Savage)
Baby Fran (original reps, but using a wall-ball instead of barbell)
Sandy Fran (sub barbell with sandbag done at CF Center City)

Any I missed? Any other girl WODs or hero WODs that are modified with a catchy name outside of the Brand X scaling?

"Viking Fran: Add rowing segments of 1000, 750, and 500meters. "

Shouldn't viking have some blood shed and swinging of great axes?

There was a Journal Article called "Fooling around with Fran" which listed all kinds of alternative rep & weight schemes. Its a good read if you subscribe.

Firefighter Fran

In-and-out Fran (look on exercises page)

There was also a video of a Fran posted with swinging pullups where you swing from one pullup bar to the other although it only worked at that affiliate which had some giant pullup bar contraption.
