GOMAD + Crossfit

hello i was wondering if anyone has done this to put on weight and what theyre results were.....

i am 6'1 and 175 my goal is 183 solid (not sure of my bf% prob around 9-11)

I want to gain weight with as little fat as possible..

any feedback appreciated

You will put on weight given you aren't a hard gainer. Focusing more on the heavy lifts will further help your development of lean body mass.

GOMAD however, IMHO, is not the first choice for me if I am trying to bulk while putting on minimal fat. I would use it, and have used it when I am looking for faster results.

If your soul goal is to gain weight with as little fat as possible I would first get a clean diet set, and then adjust your protien to somewhere between 1.5~2 grams of protien per pound of BW.

It will not be the fastest thing in the world, but slow and steady is usually the better route in the long run.
