WOD rest questions?
I started the WOD on Monday.
My schedule is CF WOD Mon-Wed, Thur rest, WOD Fri-Sat, Sun Rest. I will be off schedule on with the WOD which does 3-1. Do I just perform all the WOD throughout the week and not worry about the day it lands on? |

Welcome. The idea is that you follow the WODs exactly as they are posted. The schedule is 3 days of training followed by one rest day and then repeat. Obviously this doesn't suit everyone so some people do 5 days training followed by 2 rest etc. Good luck with it |

Do whatever you like, as long as you don't pick and choose WODs based on whether you like them (or feel like you need them etc.) or not. I'd use some simple rule, like just do the WODs in order. You'll slowly fall behind, and on the first of every month or whatever you reset.
