A fantastic write-up, Eugene... I am so jealous!

On one count you are absolutely correct; despite being several thousand miles away from CFHQ, I will do the Certification Seminar one day.

Attachment removed until we get confirmation that the Glassmans approved the posting. As we discussed after the Nov summit, it's not right to freely distribute information others paid for without the authors approval.

I've emailed Eugene to see if he had permission, but until I hear back, the attachment is pulled.

Thanks for the concern and looking out for us.

We are happy to have Eugene post his notes from the seminar. Everyone has been consulted and there is nothing that cannot be shared.

Here's the first two days of the most amazing fitness learnins experience you are likely to ever have the opportunity to attend. You really must go to one of these as soon as you can.

Thanks, Lauren, for the green light. Eugene, thanks for taking my unnecessary bullet...I'll go do some bottom-to-bottom tabatas as penance.
