Muscle Gain


I am training a friend who wants to put on some size. I know there are probably references to this topic in the Journal and message board. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Step one, eat more. Step two, weigh self. If weight has not increased over a 1-2 week period then proceed to step three. Step three, eat more.
