I have a stationary handcycle and today I decided to try a variant on the a ladder routine after I did my shoulder rehab upper body circuit; this can also be done quite easily on a concept II. The difference is I can go forwards or backwards (something akin to freestyle and backstroke). Here's the drill:

One minute all out (forwards)
One mintute rest
Two minutes all out
One minute rest
Three minutes all out
Two minutes rest
Three minutes all out (backwards)
One minute rest
Two minutes all out
A little more than one minute rest this time :-p
One minute all out

It's been a while since I've done intervals like that, but it was ... ochen zloy! :-D
