Finally got round to posting here.
Tue Oct 9th

No Aikido this morning

Did the full WOD as RX'd
5 rounds of 50 squats, 100 rope jumps. (Bought a rope today)
10:30

How did that happen? 1st full non-running WOD. Thought I'd have to scale it but after 25 squats decided to go the whole hog.
Unable to do more than 50 jumps without getting my feet caught.
Need to get a Xfit specific watch.

35 Pull-ups (7x5) had to jump the last 3 sets
70 Push-ups (14x5)
150 Squats (30x5)
1/2 mile Run

could hardly stand afterwards

Scaled Mary

5 rounds in twelve minutes of:

3 Handstand Push-ups
6 One legged squats (alternating legs, 3 per leg)
9 Pull-ups (jumping, 1st time with my new rings )

getting better ROM on HSPUs, at least for the 1st set

Didn't seem as intense as it should be. I can't do more pull ups so I guess I need a bigger rock.

tried a new rock but failed every time on sets 2 & 3, old rock is too light
