Excellent Roy!

Just two quick questions if you don't mind:

1) A few days ago (when I posted a message on the muscle-up grip) you were still stuck, did any of the advice given then help? Or else what clicked?

2) Did you do it on rings, handles, a free standing bar...?

Phil,

1) the false grip is what helped

2)Home made rings(nylabone dog toys and strong leashes.

Are you serious? Nylabone dog toys for the rings? I think I've got one of those. (Of course, I'll have to fight my dog for it.)
